Building Toward $100M

AI is the biggest opportunity I’ve seen in 12 years of business experience. I’ve spent a year working with AI, around 5,000 hours. I’m now using what I’ve learned to build businesses that can scale.

I’m making my biggest bet on AI over the next one to three years.

I believe the coming decade will bring technological change unlike anything we’ve experienced. My focus now is building companies that can grow with that change.

Background

I’ve spent 12 years in business. I see AI as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, so I’ve spent around 5,000 hours over the past year learning, building and testing it hands-on. Along the way, my AI work has generated/burned around one trillion tokens. I’m now making money with AI and building businesses that can scale with small teams.

Sources

Interviews, biographies and organization pages. These accounts describe the time they were published, not necessarily my roles today.

The original biography gives the ages for school graduation, HBS professional education and KEU graduation. UVU specifies a bachelor’s degree in economics at KEU, an HBS Executive Program and a JICA Business Program. Exact HBS/JICA course titles and calendar dates are not given. HBS professional education is not presented here as an MBA or another degree.

UVU published the 1,400-tree figure and the figure of 1,000+ athletes, including two world champions. The athlete figure is federation-wide, not the size of Aalay Jiu Jitsu Team.

The UVU biography describes me as an ultramarathon runner; it is not a Death Valley race result. No result for that race is linked here.

The Neoplace About page and syndicated announcement are company accounts, not independent reporting. They provide separate references for the co-founder and CEO roles.

The expanded original biography is the source for the construction company, school, sponsorships, U.S. Chamber membership, education and foundation milestones, as well as MIT recognition, Prime Minister support and the first million. Years marked ≈ are approximate: they are calculated from the published ages and the 1999 birth year and may differ by one calendar year. They do not confirm that a role is current.

Qoorchaq and Aalay appear as logos on the original site. It does not describe my Qoorchaq role or establish that federation sponsorship was an Aalay role. Aalay support and the Death Valley account are retained from my earlier personal account, not attributed to that expanded biography.

The original homepage dates the economic proposal to age 23, while its expanded biography says 22. It is shown as approximately 2021-2022 rather than choosing one account; the discrepancy is not resolved.

Kyrgyz Foundation’s application requirements, dates and operating details, and the full economic proposal, are not published here.

These sources do not establish every role’s start and end dates or whether each role continues today.

For Neoplace and Phantom, 2024 is the year the role was documented, not the founding year or the start of the role. Dates for Qoorchaq, Aalay, Interact/Rotaract and JICA remain unspecified.

The introduction reflects my own account as of October 2026: 12 years in business, around 5,000 hours working with AI over one year and a measured total of around one trillion tokens generated. The total is not a claim about paid API usage, training tokens or unique output.
